To educate our children and youth with Swami Vivekananda’s man-making, nation building and character building ideas, so they develop a total personality to become good citizens of India, is the main objective of Ramakrishna Math. At Pune centre these efforts are channelized through Balak-Sangha, for children under 15 yrs of age and Swami Vivekananda Study Circle, for youth between 16-30 years of age.

Computer Institute Open for All
Math provides the facility to the students having no space for the studies. This serene, calm & encouraging environment of Math is very congenial for studies. Many students get benefitted from it. Approximately 90 students can use the study center at a time. On a average 300 students are enrolled to use study center in different batches. Sufficient ventilation & proper light arrangement are provided.
Study center is very popular with youth, preparing for major academic and/or competitive exams. Often student who succeeded in these exam, do return to study center to share their experience and guidance to aspirants.
The study center timing is from 7 am to 6.30 pm. To enrol student need to visit math office personally.
Competition
The Math regularly organizes competitions for children from school in Pune district.
Topics to inculcate good values, awareness of India’s spiritual and Cultural Heritage are taken as theme. These competitions include a recitation competition for Primary School Children in Sanskrit, Marathi and English, Elocution competitions in Marathi and English for secondary school children. In addition, Drawing competition for Children from 3rd to 8th Standard is conducted in 3 different age groups.
Math also assists students coming their campus, to participates is competition conducted by other organization in the Pune city.
